The oven, the dough, the south
Pizz'Aledeo started with a simple idea: a pizza done right, in a beach town that deserves better than frozen. We knead the dough every morning, the sauces are homemade, the cheeses come in fresh.
We keep a wide menu so everyone finds something: purists with a Margherita or Regina, the curious with a Magret or Viking, kids with the Amadéo menu. And we lean into the south with La Collioure, La Cabri, La Pescatore.
When we're open
Two schedules, one for summer, one for the rest of the year. Always closed on Wednesday in winter.
